Consulting Terms

Content: Consult does not include portfolio review or art direction services.

Fees: Consulting fee will be paid in-full before the start of meeting.

Late arrival: Consult will stay on the call for 10 minutes before terminating the meeting. No refunds for no-shows. Meeting will cap at the agreed-upon end time regardless of consultee’s late arrival.

Code of Conduct: All consults will be conducted in the spirit of mutual respect. Inappropriate comments and/or behavior will result in the termination of the meeting and forfeiture of the fee.

Technical Requirement: Consultee is responsible for maintaining functioning equipment and internet connection required to engage in consult meeting(s).

Indemnification & Liability: Consult is solely a form of guidance and will not be held liable for any events or outcomes stemming from actions taken based on the consultation.
